The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, two bottles of foreign liquor each containing 750 ml and eight bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml were recovered from the bag which was being carried by the petitioner in the train. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 17.08.2017.

No.53328 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
