ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.86 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 364 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the vague nature of allegations and that the only circumstance which seems to have surfaced is that the petitioner was last seen in the auto along with the victim, there is no further material available and that since the petitioners are women and also have no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29522 of 2015 (6) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.86 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
