Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.39 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 363, 366(A)/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-II, Chapra at Saran. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43662 of 2023(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that the victim has not supported the prosecution case.
