2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P. S. Case No. 490 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 302, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that on the order of co-accused Avinash Jha, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons caused firing as a result of which son of informant died on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and he is in custody

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific allegation that he along with other accused persons caused firing which resulted in death of the son of informant.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
