Today, a copy of the notice issued by the State Information Commission (for short 'the Commission') in Case No. 86008 of 2012-13 has been produced by the petitioner. The respondent-Commission has taken steps for disposal of the matter. On going through the notice, it appears that the petitioner was required to appear before the Commission within 30 days. Indisputably, same has not been done.

It is stated that the notice was not received by her. On the strength of the information received by her under RTI Act, it has been contended by the petitioner that the said case is still pending on the file of the Commission. If that be so, the present case is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue the pending case being Case No. 86008 of 2012-13 before the
