1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case no.286 of 2020 registered under sections 307, 386, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the ten named accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have come and resorted to indiscriminate firing. They threatened that the informant would have to pay rangdari.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to oblique reasons. The allegations are false and concocted. No person has been injured in the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2023 and investigation in the case has

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody since 22.11.2023, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and the FIR named co-accused having been enlarged on bail vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.15723 of 2021 and order dated 12.3.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.13740 of 2024, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case no.286 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Katihar.
