Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if this Court directs the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur, to dispose application dated 19.02.2020 filed by this petitioner, which is still pending before him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1644 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 In such view of the matter, the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur, is directed to dispose of application dated 19.02.2020 (Annexure-5) filed by this petitioner within a period of six weeks from today after hearing the parties. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, who in turn, will communicate this order to the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur, for its compliance.
