This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, giving rise to Cr. Misc. No. 45372 of 2015, which was disposed of on 27.01.2016 with certain directions. The petitioner thereafter filed an application seeking modification of the said order, dated 17.01.2016, giving rise to Cr. Misc. No. 32360 of 2017, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.07.2017. Nearly two years thereafter, the petitioner had again filed an application seeking anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44175 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 bail. This application is frivolous and is accordingly dismissed. The police shall be at liberty to take all coercive steps to arrest the petitioner.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua forthwith.
