From perusal of the First Information Report and the case diary, I am of the view that no case for quashing of the First Information Report in exercise of power under section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is made out because the allegations, contained in the F.I.R., constitute cognizable offences.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
