Petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that son of petitioner has enticed his daughter and fled away with her. Allegation is against the wife and one another neighbour of petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner with respect to enticing away the minor girl of the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.12.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21312 of 2018(8) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
