The petitioner has preferred this writ petition against the order of his transfer on deputation in the office of District Disaster Management Office, Darbhanga from the post of Senior P.A. (Class II Gazetted) in the officer of Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has retired and, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.
