JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 457 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is brother-in-law of the Managing Director of Fesaw Solution Pvt. Ltd. Company. Petitioner has no concern with the said company and the alleged allotment of work. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure-3). Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7918 of 2018(2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sunita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 457 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
