The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/504/379/354/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others to have committed assault against the informant and others. The doctor has found single wound at the head of the informant besides a simple injury on the mouth. Submission is that the allegation is not specific hence

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station Case No.137 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
