The petitioner being the father-in-law is in custody since 01.03.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband has been put to trial and he has now been acquitted. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he being the father-inlaw has no role to play and also considering that he has been in custody since long period is making the prayer for bail. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51830 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 175/2011.
