This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 05.06.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.396 of 2012, whereunder the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the second party/petitioners, affirming the order dated 10.11.2012 passed in Case No.379 of 2011 in a proceeding under Section 146(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the Sub Divisional Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42142 of 2013 dt.17-03-2016 2/2 Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur, for attachment of the land in dispute and appointing the Officer Incharge, Gopalpur, as a receiver over the land in dispute.

3. From perusal of the impugned orders, I find no illegality calling for interference with the same in an extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
