Petitioner seeks bail in Chakai P.S. Case No. 09 / 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

The informant, who is the police officer, has alleged that on information received that Naxali commander group Pintu Rana has assembled at the house of Fagu Soren, surrounded the house of the Fagu Soren where the petitioner who is the daughter of Fagu Soren was apprehended and she is said to be a member of Naxal group.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is a lady and is in custody since 31.01.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68412 of 2018(3) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist Jamui in connection with Chakai P. S. Case No. 09 of 2018 with following conditions:- (1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
