Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.429 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is neither any recovery from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, petitioner is not named in the FIR, Prakash Kumar on whose disclosure the motorcycle was recovered from Rajan Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
