17-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petitioner of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37466 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 15.09.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is fixed for supply of police paper and commitment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2020 and there is no adequate progress in the trial. Some of the co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure 3 & 4 respectively.
