The petitioner was given a contract for construction of the building and he has completed the same before the time fixed. The petitioner is claiming that the Government has framed a scheme that if a contractor completes the work in advance, then he will be entitled to 1% bonus, but the same has not been given to the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a proper representation before the competent authority, bringing all the relevant records including the scheme of the Government by which 1% bonus is required to be given in the event the contractor completes the work in advance. If such a representation is filed, annexing the copy of the scheme of the Government, then the authority shall consider the same and give the benefit of the said scheme, if the petitioner qualifies the condition, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
