The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased.

No.39633 of 2020(5) dt.13-09-2021 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation against her is absolutely vague and is only based on suspicion as also the fact that she is the mother of the husband of the deceased. It has further been submitted that the deceased had been living with her husband in Delhi where she fell ill. It is the apprehension of the petitioner that the deceased had contracted Covid -19 infection but with her death and consequent snapping of relationship between the families, this untrue allegation has been levelled against her. The husband of the deceased has surrendered to the process of law.
Considering the afore-stated facts and taking into account, the gender of the petitioner, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
