Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 354A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and misbehaved with the ladies. It is further alleged that the petitioner gave Farsa blow on the head of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43592 of 2022(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 allegation levelled against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of Farsa on his head, as a result of which he received grievous injury.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019.
