The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to competent authority to decide the objection raised by the petitioner in respect of valuation of his lands which have been acquired by the State but Annexure-A to the counter affidavit goes to show that the Arbitrator cum Additional Collector, Jehanabad vide his order dated 09.01.2016 has already treated the lands of the petitioner as commercial lands and, therefore, in my view, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed being

Patna High Court CWJC No.16969 of 2014 (2) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 infructuous.

However, the concerned authorities may proceed to make payment of compensation to the petitioner in accordance with law.
