JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Industrial Area PS Case No. 158 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that certain documents of educational certificates, admit cards of the examination for recruitment to the post of constable and for recruitment to the post of teacher of Uttar Pradesh were recovered from Atul Shukla, Anupmani Tripathi and Paswan Kumar Rai who disclosed the name of the petitioner of getting involved in the racket for getting the students selected on getting payment.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, only material is disclosure of his name by Pawan Kumar Rai being involved in the racket, the petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandan @ Ranvir Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Asmita Raj, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area PS Case No. 158 of 2017.
