JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2024 This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.06.2011 passed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur (Ara) whereby and whereunder the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ara directed the petitioner to deposit the compensation amount of Rs. 1,09,440/- to the office, which was received by the petitioner against the acquisition of land pertaining to Khata no. 52, Khesra no. 570, 571 and 566, Area 0.99, which were acquisitioned for construction of Ara Sasaram broad-gauge Railway line (Annexure - 6 to the writ application).

2. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.21580 of 2011(12) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the case before the Civil Court, Bhojpur (Ara), where the matter under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act has been referred by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ara and is pending in the Court of learned 2nd Subordinate Judge, Civil Court, Bhojpur, Ara.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
