The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 504, 500 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons were demanding ransom from the informant and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
