The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Nrntip. Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Ram Babu Singh has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.6.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 38242 of 2019.

Petitioner has been remanded in the instant case from Teghra P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018 merely on suspicion. Thereafter, the Police recorded confessional statement of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41054 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 4.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
