The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed anticipatory bail by different benches of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26829 of 2016, on 04.07.2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 37559 of 2016.
