JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present memo of appeal in order to re-file an appropriate appeal against the impugned judgment before the Division Bench against the impugned judgment and order dated 31.07.2018 and 08.08.2018 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Nawada in S. Tr. No. 289 of 2016/141 of 2016, arising out of Akbarpur P. S. Case No. 136 of 2000. Leave is granted.

The appeal is disposed of with the aforestated liberty.
