In this writ petition, limited prayer has been made by the petitioner that the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur-cumAppellate Authority may be directed to decide the Appeal No. 15 of 2010-11 within a reasonable period of time. In such view of the matter, the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to decide the Appeal No. 15 of 2010-11

Patna High Court CWJC No.1639 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today after hearing the parties. If the records are not available with the Collector, he will decide the appeal on the basis of the documents produced by the parties.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
