JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. To direct the respondent Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kishanganj to remove the encroachment made over major portion of the public road near/in front of the MGM College and Hospital whereby and whereunder by way of illegal construction of thatched houses traffic Jam is the big problem the public at large are facing in their free movement in visiting the said Hospital.
B. In alternative, to direct the respondent SubDivisional Magistrate, Kishanganj to dispose of the application dated 20.06.2020/19.01.2022 in accordance with the provision contained under the Bihar Public
Patna High Court CWJC No.11424 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 Land Encroachment Act, 1956 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a time frame."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
