====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 Heard Mr. Subodh Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned APP for the State.

2. The present modification application has been filed for rectification of the cause title of the order dated 15.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18953 of 2023 wherein name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Muneshwar Rai whereas the correct name of the father of petitioner is Bhuneshwar Rai.

3. The order dated 15.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18953 of 2023 is accordingly rectified to the extent that in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of the father of the petitioner be substituted as Bhuneshwar Rai in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44442 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Muneshwar Rai.

4. As prayed for, petitioner is granted further two weeks time to surrender before the court below to furnish bail bonds.
