Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 325, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the children of the petitioners were scattering her paddy. The informant went to lodge protest but the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others. Chandan Paswan, petitioner no. 2, is alleged to have assaulted the informant with a piece of bamboo causing injury on his head. There is omnibus and general allegation against all the petitioners. The injuries found on the person of the informant and Sunita Kumari are simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51648 of 2015 (3) dt.22-12-2015 It appears that the occurrence took place due to petty dispute. Petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are ladies. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivekanand Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.
