The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No. 254/2018, arising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 73/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-B)a of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come during investigation on the basis of information given by the spy. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 27.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61035 of 2018 (3) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd A.D.J., Purnea in S.T. No. 254/2018, arising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 73/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
