Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, first vide order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60759 of 2018 and again vide order dated 27.3.2019 passe din Cr. Misc. No.13928 of 2019 . Allegation against the petitioner is of firing causing grievous injury to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 2.7.2018 and there is direction of this Court to move after framing of the charge and now the charge has also been framed, and the petitioner is also ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40307 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Jduge-XI, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No.245 of 2019 arising out of Dandari P.S.Case No.77 of 2017, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
