JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2024 Though the present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No.5503 of 2014, however, considering the delay in filing the said restoration petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law.
