1. Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 9694 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 22.04.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that defects have been removed but after expiry of two days of peremptory time granted vide order dated 22.04.2025.
4. In view of the aforesaid, time granted for removal of
