The petitioner is in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 384 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has two criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the trade of stolen motorcycle it is alleged that a motorcycle was seized from the possession of the petitioner as well as Ramravesh Paswan, Sarju Manjhi and Karu Chaudhary.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant
