The petitioner has filed the instant writ application for the following relief(s):- "i. To issue an appropriate Writ(s)/ Order(s)/ Direction(s) to quash the notification no. Ma. /Bando.-09/2021-1269 dated- 30.06.2022 of Animal and Fishery Resource Department, Patna, Bihar [as contained in Annexure-3], whereby the State Government, while exercising their Powers under section 19(1) of the 'Bihar Fisheries Management Act, 2006, as amended from time to time [hereinafter to be referred as Act, 2006], has granted blanket extension of the existing term of settlement of fisheries for a further period of one year i.e., from 1st July-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11426 of 2022(4) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 2022 to 30th June, 2023, in contravention of several provisions of law and with a veiled intention to influence the out-come of elections scheduled to be held shortly. ii.
