This application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Parsa Bazar P.S.Case No. 136/2013 invoking power under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Upon perusal of the First Information Report and other document on record, I find that no ground for quashing of the First Information Report in exercise of power under section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is made out.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
