Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if this Court directs the Circle Officer, Ram Nagar, District- West Champaran, to dispose of the representation dated 14.11.2016 filed by this petitioner as contained in Annexure-1 (series) to this writ petition. In such view of the matter, the Circle Officer, Ram Nagar, District- West Champaran, is directed to dispose of representation dated 14.11.2016 as contained in Annexure-1 (series) within a period of eight weeks from today. Till disposal of the aforesaid representation, the
