The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant and snatched Rs. 200/- and wrist watch. It is submitted that on account of land dispute some scuffle took place. The allegation of theft is super addition and injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be

No.28084 of 2015 (4) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.
