JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Counsel for the Principal of the College in question gives a categorical assurance to the Court that if the Court lifts the order of restraint, dated 18.10.2016, regarding non-operation of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6336 of 2014(10) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 accounts, the petitioners will be given their payment even for the period 2008-2009, on priority. Similarly, the petitioners will not be harassed or coerced.
The writ application stands disposed off, accordingly. The Vigilance, however, may complete the enquiry in accordance with law.
The order of restraint, dated 18.10.2016, stands modified with the liberty as above.
The position of seniority of the petitioners in terms of the report of Vigilance will surely be kept in mind. The original records, which were tendered to the Court, will be returned to the counsel for the College, in question. The same should be acknowledged.
