Patna High Court MJC No.1433 of 2014(22) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 and now from the supplementary show-cause filed by the respondents it is seen that the admissible dues have been paid to the petitioners no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case any quantification of the dues and the consequential effect having on their pension, petitioners have any grievance still subsisting with regard to the matter, they may challenge it afresh in accordance with law but now in the light of the order passed which was only to pay the admissible dues which has now been complied with by the respondents, no further indulgence into the matter is called for.
The application stands disposed of.
