After some arguments, Shri Bakshi S.R.P. Sinha the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the case has already been compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with observation that the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and taking into consideration that there is case and counter case and both the parties have compromised the case.
