JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license is pending before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, after remand by the Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Arms Appeal No. 27 of 2018, but no steps have been taken for early disposal of the same. Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Begusarai to dispose of the pending Arms Licence Case of the petitioner by a reasoned and a speaking order within a
