This is an application for regular bail in connection with Shahpur P. S. case No. 126 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of outraging modesty of cousin sister of informant and assaulting other family members. Specific allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury upon informant, namely, Roshan Kumar, on the eye by a piece of brick. Injury found on the eye is grievous in nature. Other injuries are simple in nature. It is contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and informant is a neighbour. On account of some dispute of running drain, altercation took place between the parties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52242 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 resulted in such injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-3, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016.
