ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tatarapur) P.S. Case No.699 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act..

Earlier this matter was sent for mediation to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre. After due mediation, the Mediator has submitted a report dated 21.7.2015, which is accompanied by the terms of the agreement arrived at by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9374 of 2015 (6) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 parties.

On the last date, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 had stated that some parts of the agreement remained to be complied with and, therefore, the matter was adjourned. Today, learned counsel for O.P. No.2 submits that all the terms of the agreement dated 21.7.2015 have been complied with.

Considering the aforementioned submissions of the learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 and as agreed to by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tatarapur) P.S.
