This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 387, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main allegation of demand of ransom is against co-accused, Akbar @ Barua. Further allegation of commission of fire arm injury is against same Akbar @ Barua. The petitioner was accompanying him.

Submission of the petitioner is that doctor has not found any fire arm injury rather injury caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent rather the informant is a man having criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Samastipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
