Petitioner seeks bail in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 62/18 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is of recovery of dead body of the brother of the informant and it is suspected that the petitioner and others had killed him.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing again st the petitioner and other similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.53663/18. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
