JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 09-03-2017 Since death of the so called adoptive father of the present appellant occurred on 17.04.1988, decision of the respondent authorities to refuse his prayer for compassionate appointment in the year 2007 cannot be said to be misplaced. The dismissal of the writ application by the Learned Single Judge cannot be said to be faulty on such ground.
